Terms of Return & Exchange

Important notice:

No shipped databases products on CD/DVDs or in downloaded packages can be returned for refund.

Other products (except software, databases or other electronic-format products, services) can be returned for refund in 15 days after the purchase.
None International orders can be returned for refund. Products on damaged media can be returned for exchange in 30 days after the purchase.

Shipping cost is not for refund, whether the paid shipping service failed or not.
Lost orders are to be shipped at the shipper's cost. However, the shipper can select whatever shipping method for the second delivery.
Databases products are shipped as they are. The publisher or the seller have no guarantee on the quality of contents and no return for "bad quality" will be accepted.

Return for refund

For databases and other software products, services:
100% refund is only valid for unshipped orders, orders with "money back" guarantees and duplicated orders.
For physical products,
100% refund is only valid for unopened packages, orders with "money back" guarantees and unopened duplicated orders.
All return for refund must be shipped in 15 days from the purchase date.

All return for refund must request the "Return Code" from bizdbbank. Such a request can be submitted using our contact form.

*money back guarantee must be in written form signed by one bizdbbank authorized representative.
*duplicated orders must be declared in 5 days from the purchase date.

Return for exchange

For databases and other software products:
Exchange for new products is available in 30 days from the purchase date for the identical product only.
For physical products,
Exchange for new products is available in 30 days from the purchase date for the identical product only. The defeated products must be returned.
Refund

For credit card payment:

Refund will be made to the original credit card used for the purchase. It may take 5-10 days to process the refund from the refund approved and it may not be displayed on your current month statement.

For PayPal payment:

Refund will be sent to the original payer.

For other payment:

Refund will be made in check.

Lost orders

For databases & software products:

We are to ship the orders again if the original delivery failed to reach the buyer at our own cost. However, if you purchased the express shipping service, it will not apply to the second shipping and we can choose any available courier.

For other products:

For domestic shipping: We will ship again or give you 100% refund.

For int'l shipping: If you purchased the express shipping, we will shipping again or refund 100%. For air mail shipping, we will charge 50% of the original order for the second shipping.

* Int'l shipping can be delayed in the receiver's custom or local post office. No second shipping for those delayed orders.
* Air mail shipping can take as long as 15 days. Please be patient before you report a "lost order". We won't ship again in 20 days from the first shipping.
